Around Town | Hart High School Hosts 34th Annual Hart Rampage Band & Color Guard Tournament

The 34th Annual Hart Rampage Marching Band & Color Guard Field Show Tournament hosted 35 bands, including Golden Valley, Saugus, William S. Hart and West Ranch High School.

Each band performed live renditions of songs at College of the Canyons stadium to qualify for the championship competition.

A live drum circle brought joy to many residents in Santa Clarita over the weekend.

The drum circle gathered outside the Old Town Newhall Library, and encouraged spectators to participate.

The event was part of the city’s month long “Artober” celebration of the arts and humanities.
