From July 2015 to June 2016, 528 film permits and 1,305 location film days were reported to the Santa Clarita Film Office, which generated an estimated economic impact of $30.9 million to the local community.

Norma Warden, local artist and president of the Santa Clarita Artists’ Association, will open a solo exhibition of fine art photography at the Canyon Theatre on March 24. The exhibit is called ‘The Beauty of Change.’ A free wine and food reception will be held on Sunday, March 26 from 5-7 p.m.
