Herb Alpert Foundation, CalArts Host 23rd Annual Herb Alpert Award in the Arts

On Friday, May 19, the Herb Alpert Foundation and CalArts awarded the 23rd Annual Herb Alpert Award in the Arts (HAAIA) to five exceptional mid-career artists. The awards recognize past performance and future promise, and each artist receives an unrestricted prize of $75,000.
