Her areas of expertise include entity selection, formation, and compliance (sole proprietorships, corporations, LLCs, partnerships); business purchase and sale transactions; intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets); regulatory issues (product safety and compliance); contracts and licensing; commercial leases; and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation). Erica conducts webinars on topics such as corporations and LLCs, copyrights and trademarks, ADA website compliance, trade secrets, advertising laws, electronic documents, signatures and records, and more. Erica received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, and her B.S. in Political Science from California State University at Los Angeles.
