CalArts, LA County Receive $115K in Grants for National Endowment for the Arts

The National Endowment for the Arts has awarded nearly $5.2 million to California arts organizations, including California Institute of the Arts and the County of Los Angeles, in its second round of funding for fiscal year 2018.

Federal dollars totaling $5,193,800 will benefit 144 grantees up and down the state.

CalArts Alumni Take Home Oscars

The 90th annual Academy Awards brought several successes for California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) alumni who took home awards for their work on “Coco,” “Dear Basketball” and “The Silent Child.”
