Born in 1974 in Big Bear Lake, California, Lisa M. McDougald is an author living in the Los Angeles area. Her work has appeared in Reminisce Magazine, the Titanic Historical Society’s The Commutator, and NerdWallet, where she was formerly a contributor. A descendant of survivors on board the RMS Titanic, Lisa holds a degree from Oregon State University, manages a blog dedicated to Generation X, and is actively researching her family history and genealogy.
