Step into the past with a futuristic twist! The City of Santa Clarita is unveiling a brand-new Augmented Reality (AR) experience at the Western Walk of Stars, blending Western heritage with cutting-edge technology. Created by digital media artist Victoria Vesna and the UCLA Art|Sci Center, this interactive installation lets you explore honoree stories through AR saddles, simply by scanning web-based QR codes with your smartphone. And the best part? You can even transform yourself into a sparkling “Western Star,” surrounded by shimmering gold stardust! The Walk of Western Stars AR experience will debut at The MAIN on October 18 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
