Bio: I am 14 years old and I love art. I think art is important because if there was no art, the world would be bland. Instead, it adds color and brings out life in the world. I have Autism and art can help me share what I am thinking about without using words. When there are a lot of things going on, painting and doing art helps calm me down. Everything else in the world disappears and I can just focus on my art. My favorite medium is acrylic because I like the texture of it and how it blends on the canvas. I like painting mountains and nature scenes because it makes me feel peaceful inside. When I get older, I want to go to an Art college (like CalArts) and when I grow up, I want to become a professional artist and sell my paintings.
